Structural SteelFabricator Evaluation Hire $21-25/hr Mon-Fri: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for a Structural Steel Fabricator for a fabrication shop outside of the EBR area . This client is looking for a skilled Structural steel fabricator with verifiable long-term welding experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan, prepares, and maintains structural systems composed of various materials Consults blueprints, work orders, schematics, or instructions to complete work based on specifications Use Stick and FLUX welding on Structural steel components in every position. Gathers equipment and materials for the job Complies with applicable safety regulations and best practices, including all OSHA regulations Maintains records, including safety logs and inspection details Assists with training of new hires Performs other related duties as assigned EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION NEEDED: Ability to follow work orders. Ability to use a variety of tools, which may include blowtorches, saws, pipe benders, and welding torches. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Minimum 3 years’ experience required. Welding certification preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Varying standing and sitting for extended periods of time throughout the day. Occasional lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
