**Job Summary:**
As a Remote Chat & Email Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support through chat and email channels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about our services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of SJF Ventures’ products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the support system for future reference and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Contribute to the development of FAQs and support documentation to improve efficiency and self-service options for customers.
- Monitor and report on common issues or trends to help improve overall service quality.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or email support role.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
- A passion for sustainability and social impact is a plus.
