Job Description
Roslovic Building Company is seeking a Property Maintenance/Manager to oversee light maintenance for 2 residential homes and 4 office buildings in the Columbus area.
Job description includes preventative maintenance & cleaning, troubleshooting basic electrical/plumbing issues, light painting and subcontractor & vendor oversight for jobs too big or need licensed.
Candidate should have their own transportation; travel will be reimbursed.
