Non CDL Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver Courier with Genco Delivery, you will play a real role in your community - making sure families, neighbors, and local businesses get what they need, when they need it. Daily responsibilities include the following.

• Report to our Romeoville warehouse each morning for route assignment and vehicle loadout
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle on assigned routes
• Load and unload packages with care, ensuring accuracy and proper handling
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with dispatch and warehouse team members as needed throughout your shift
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures
• Return to the Romeoville warehouse at the end of your shift and complete end-of-day procedures
• Represent Genco Delivery LLC professionally as a courier serving your community

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Benefits at Genco Delivery

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. No prior delivery experience is required. Below are the qualifications for this Non CDL Delivery Driver role.

• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must meet minimum age requirement of 21 (insurance requirement)
• Ability to lift packages up to 55 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a full shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to use a smartphone or handheld device for route navigation and delivery confirmation
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
• Non CDL drivers and those new to courier or delivery work are encouraged to apply

Additional Information

Shift: 10:15 am ~ 8:30 pm

Weekend availability required
