Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula for aircraft and ground system upgrades Create instructor-led, hands-on, and blended-learning training programs for various personnel Conduct training needs analyses and ensure courseware aligns with technical manuals and operational procedures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent military/industry experience 9+ years of curriculum development experience, with 5+ years supporting military aviation or aerospace programs Experience in developing technical training for aircraft and communications systems Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical data packages Active DoD Secret Clearance required at time of employment
